In managing the Shopify store, I ensured that
all systems functioned correctly and orders
were processed smoothly. I submitted regular
audits of product listings, images, and
descriptions to guarantee they aligned with
brand standards. I also created engaging,
high-converting product copy that leveraged
SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and
boost sales.


Working closely with JAQ Fulfillment, i
managed order fulfillment, stock levels, and
logistics to maintain a streamlined workflow
between Shopify and our fulfillment
operations. This collaboration minimized order
errors and delays, as I maintained constant
communication with the fulfillment team to
resolve any stock discrepancies, shipping
issues, or special customer requests.


Additionally, I assisted in preparing pre-orders
and coordinating product restocking, ensuring
a smooth supply chain for high-demand items.




E-Commerce Fulfillment &
Operations Manager

ONE DAME LANE


As an E-Commerce Fulfilment & Operations Manager, I
oversaw the entire online retail process, ensuring smooth
operations from order processing to customer satisfaction.

In this area I processed and tracked orders to guarantee
timely and accurate fulfillment. I maintained active
communication with our fulfilment center to resolve any
order issues and managed pre-orders, stock levels, and
inventory updates to keep operations running efficiently.


I was the first point of contact for customer inquiries,
complaints, and refunds. It was my job to resolve issues
such as misplaced, broken, or delayed items, making sure
that every customer had a seamless shopping experience.


On the supplier and logistics side, I maintained strong
communication with suppliers to prevent stock shortages
and managed relationships with couriers and shipping
partners, such as An Post and Royal Mail. I also oversaw
returns, replacements, and any shipping discrepancies to
ensure consistent, reliable service.




ONE DAME LANE X JOANNE MCNALLY

MERCHANDISING & DESIGN

I collaborated close with management to design and execute a luxurious bridal suite, transforming it into
an elegant, high-end space where brides could have an unforgettable experience while selecting their
jewellery.


I was involved in designing and curating the bridal suite, ensuring it reflected a sense of elegance and
sophistication. Every detail, from the choice of furniture and lighting to the overall layout, was carefully
considered to create an inviting and luxurious space. The goal was to make the suite not only visually
stunning but also highly functional, allowing brides to enjoy an intimate 1:1 styling experience.


Beyond the aesthetics, I worked on shaping the overall atmosphere to offer something special. The suite
was designed to feel exclusive, giving brides a private and memorable moment to try on jewellery
alongside their dresses. Every aspect, from the champagne service to the smallest personalised touches,
was carefully planned to enhance the experience. Attention to detail made sure that every bride felt
valued and celebrated.


To mark the launch, I played a key role in planning and executing a high-end event that introduced the
suite to clients and industry professionals. From guest management to marketing efforts, I helped build
excitement around the new space. The event was a success, creating a lasting impression and positioning
the suite as a unique and luxurious addition to the brand.


When we collaborated with Joanne McNally at One Dame Lane, it was all about bringing her vision to life in a way that felt true to her style. She has such a distinct personality, so every detail had to reflect that while staying in line with the brand.


From the start, we worked closely with her to make sure the pieces not only looked the part but also met her standards for quality.


I planned the launch, kept track of sales and stock levels, and merchandised the collection on the shop floor to make it as eye-catching and inviting as possible for customers.


It was a real team effort to pull it all together, making sure the collection felt effortless but still had impact. In the end, it was the perfect mix of One Dame Lane’s signature style and Joanne’s personality, and it was great to see it all come to life.




PACKAGING DESIGN

I was heavily involved in the production process for our packaging, making sure every element from sizing to branding
was spot on. It wasn’t just about making something look good; it had to be practical, cohesive, and aligned with the overall
brand identity.


Choosing the right materials and sizes was a balancing act between aesthetics and functionality. The packaging needed
to be visually striking while also being durable and efficient for shipping. Every detail mattered, from the texture of the
boxes to how they felt in a customer’s hands.


Colour played a huge role in tying everything together. We wanted something that stood out but still felt elevated and on-
brand. Finding the right shades involved testing different variations to make sure they worked across all elements—boxes,
tissue paper, labels, and even the smallest details like ribbon or embossing.

Branding was at the core of it all. I worked on refining the logo placement and made sure it translated well across different
packaging formats. It had to be instantly recognizable, clean, and impactful. Every decision, from font choices to finishes
like matte or gloss, was considered to create a premium unboxing experience that reflected the brand’s identity.

I had the opportunity to assist on photoshoots with renowned Irish photographer Ruth Maria,
working closely with her on several projects to capture high-end residential spaces at their best.
My role involved ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day, from coordinating logistics to
hands-on styling and staging.



I was responsible for preparing the space, adjusting layouts, and perfecting the finer details to create visually
compelling shots that reflected the design’s true essence. This included carefully selecting and placing décor,
ensuring natural light was used to its full advantage, and making quick adjustments as needed throughout the
shoot. I also managed the setup and breakdown, packing and clearing after each session to maintain an efficient
workflow.


Working on these projects required a strong eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and an ability to adapt quickly
to different environments. It was a fast-paced but rewarding experience, collaborating with Ruth Maria and the
wider team to bring luxury interiors to life through photography.

At Suzie McAdam Design, my role was hands-on and varied, covering everything from running the Shopify store to managing
customer service, supplier communication, and personal assistant tasks. I was the first point of contact for customers, handling
inquiries, processing orders, and making sure everyth
ing ran smoothly.


I worked closely with high-end suppliers, coordinating stock and ensuring every piece met our quality standards before reaching
customers. Since we sourced exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces, building solid relationships with suppliers was key to keeping things
running seamlessly.


Alongside that, I worked directly with Suzie as her PA, managing schedules, handling admin, and keeping day-to-day operations in
order. It was a fast-paced role that required adaptability, strong organization, and clear communication to keep everything on track.



Additionally, I was involved in fabric selection, helping to choose materials
that aligned with the design aesthetic while maintaining quality and
functionality. Like this project in beautiful Co.Wicklow, Ireland.

E-COMMERCE + FULFILMENT

CUSTOMER SERVICE

At Suzie McAdam Design, I managed the Shopify
store and oversaw the entire online shopping
experience. We stocked luxury pieces from high-end
designers that were hard to find anywhere else in
Ireland, making the store a go-to for customers
looking for something special.


I looked after everything from processing orders to
making sure they were shipped on time. That meant
keeping an eye on stock levels, coordinating with
suppliers, and ensuring we always had the right
products available. Once an order came in, I
personally made sure it was packed carefully and
sent off promptly. I also handled customer queries
about orders, shipping, and product details, making
sure everything ran smoothly.


Since we were dealing with premium products,
attention to detail was everything. My job was to
keep things running seamlessly and ensure
customers had the best experience from start to
finish.


Brennanstown Wood – Luxury Show Apartment Management

One of my most rewarding projects was Brennanstown Wood, a
high-end show apartment where I managed logistics, operations,
and execution to ensure a seamless presentation.


I was responsible for coordinating deliveries, installations, and
setup, ensuring that everything—from furniture placement to
final staging—was executed flawlessly. I also managed the
scheduling and execution of photoshoots, working with high-
profile photographers to capture the apartment’s luxurious
appeal.


This project required strategic planning, problem-solving, and
attention to detail, balancing timelines, vendor coordination, and
on-site adjustments. The result? A beautifully staged property that
showcased not just a space, but a lifestyle.

Working Together


When we started working together, our goal was to increase
online sales and create a smoother checkout experience for
customers. Q Roasters sells a variety of coffee blends on
their website, but customers often found it difficult to
understand what they were purchasing due to unclear and
inconsistent imagery. We wanted to change that by
providing a clear, cohesive visual experience, ensuring that
customers had the ultimate shopping experience while
staying true to the brand.


At Q Roasters, community is at the heart of everything they
do, and it was important for us to reflect that in the visual
experience. By enhancing the clarity and consistency of the
imagery, we were able to showcase not only the quality of
the products but also the deep sense of connection that Q
Roasters has with its customers and the coffee community.
This shift helped create an environment where customers
felt more connected to the brand, making their shopping
experience both seamless and meaningful.

Revamping the Customer

Experience:

After carefully reviewing the presentation of the
packaging at the Roasters, I created mockups
and photographed new ideas to improve how
the products were showcased on the website.
My goal was to enhance the overall customer
experience by providing clear, consistent, and
high-quality visuals that aligned with the brand.


I incorporated product add-ons to encourage
customers to purchase more, making the
shopping experience more seamless and
appealing.


The results spoke for themselves: within two
weeks, we saw a 10% increase in orders, and by
the end of three months, the average order
value grew from $18 to $30.

At Q Roasters located in Queensland, Australia, I had the chance to work alongside Lachie and Lee Mary, merging my digital
skills with my passion for coffee. Q Roasters is committed to sourcing organic and Rainforest Alliance coffees, supporting
sustainable agriculture and making a real difference for farmers and communities.


In my role, I helped shape the brand’s story by working on marketing initiatives, developing the website, managing the
Shopify store, and creating content for Instagram. Working closely with Lachie and Lee Mary, I played a key part in building a
strong online presence that reflects the heart of Q Roasters—a brand rooted in quality, sustainability, and a genuine
connection from the source to the cup.
